COLOR is what fuels me
Itβs basically raining rainbows everywhere, on clothing, bags, artwork, in the sky, etc. . . thank goodness, praise it be πβοΈ for without color where would we be? Whatever it is that supports you in waking β¨up everyday, honor it, then shine it out and share it proud because when you get pumped π π about things, that energy ripples out to encourage others to rise up and feel excited too #andsoitis. My special connection to #rainbows started when my furry son was sick with kidney disease. He wasnβt feeling well towards his last few days and was laying on the couch and I was petting him and all of the sudden every strand of his hair looked like an iridescent rainbow, quite hard to describe through typing, but it was absolutely magical and memorable. When he passed, I had no idea at that moment but, it turns out it was on #rainbowbridgerememberanceday, which is a day that honors all of the beloved furry companions that have passed on, go figure! From that day on, I have seen rainbow after rainbow ππ½ which I believe is my dogβs spirit traveling right alongside me #yourmyboyblue πΊ Breathe into, acknowledge, and embrace all the colors that make you YOU and then go out & spread that goodness πβ¨

* Utilize the tools that live inside you. Your breath can melt away stress and tone your body, be intentional with each inhale and exhale π£
* Be kind to all parts of your body, even if they arenβt symmetrical. Lungs aren't the same size. To accommodate the heart, the right lung is larger than the left lung β for humans, that is β₯οΈ
* Since lungs can float on water π remember to be light and malleable.
* PAUSE and TRUST yourself regularly. Know that you will make it through the challenges. Use your breath to clear the way β¨
* Remember to love up on your lungs and give thanks for your inhales and exhales on the daily. Lungs and tennis courts can be the same size πΎ
