Circular Breathwork, or Conscious Connected Breathing, is a technique characterized by continuous, unbroken cycles of inhalation and exhalation, creating a rhythmic and seamless flow of breath. This practice is often used to promote physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Working with the breath enables you to take better care of yourself and release beliefs and patterns that no longer serve you. Most people leave breathwork sessions feeling clearer, calmer, more content and relaxed. You’ll breathe to a curated playlist to enhance the experience and help you focus.
When we saturate our bodies with oxygen it helps clear negative emotions and traumas from our sympathetic nervous system, reduce stress, as well as a variety of other stored emotional experiences.
Breathwork is different for everyone and different every time you do it.
I incorporate energy support while guiding the session, whether that be hands-on, hands-off, or long-distance reiki.

SOUND HEALING
Crystal bowl sound healing is a therapeutic practice that uses the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
